These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the services offered by SoniAssist, a sole proprietorship managed by Sonia Planes. By requesting a service through soniassist.fr / soniassist.com, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
Purpose
The services offered fall under virtual assistance, including administrative management, content creation, project follow-up, monitoring, document creation, automation, and related tasks.Service provider

Any individual or legal entity requesting a service via soniassist.fr / soniassist.com.Order
Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote and a 30% deposit, unless otherwise agreed.Pricing
Prices are indicated excluding and including VAT. They may be revised annually, with 30 days prior notice.Payment terms
Payment is made via bank transfer. The final payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.Execution timeframes
Services are delivered according to the deadlines stated in the quote, provided that the client supplies all required information and documents on time.Service provider obligations
The provider commits to delivering services professionally, confidentially, and in accordance with industry standards.Client obligations
The client must provide all necessary documents and information in a timely manner.Termination
In the event of force majeure or serious breach, either party may terminate the contract. Services performed will be billed pro-rata.Data protection

Deliverables become the property of the client once the invoice is fully paid.Liability
SoniAssist’s liability is limited to direct damages. Services are non-refundable, except in the case of proven serious fault.Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court will be that of the client’s domicile.
