These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the services offered by SoniAssist<\/strong>, a sole proprietorship managed by Sonia Planes<\/strong>. By requesting a service through soniassist.fr<\/a> \/ soniassist.com<\/a>, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.<\/p>

  1. Purpose<\/strong>
    The services offered fall under virtual assistance, including administrative management, content creation, project follow-up, monitoring, document creation, automation, and related tasks.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Service provider<\/strong>
    Sonia Planes \u2013 Sole Proprietorship\nFull details are available in the     Legal Notice.<\/a>.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Client<\/strong>
    Any individual or legal entity requesting a service via soniassist.fr \/ soniassist.com.<\/p><\/li>

  4. Order<\/strong>
    Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote and a 30% deposit, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Pricing<\/strong>
    Prices are indicated excluding and including VAT. They may be revised annually, with 30 days prior notice.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Payment terms<\/strong>
    Payment is made via bank transfer. The final payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.<\/p><\/li>

  7. Execution timeframes<\/strong>
    Services are delivered according to the deadlines stated in the quote, provided that the client supplies all required information and documents on time.<\/p><\/li>

  8. Service provider obligations<\/strong>
    The provider commits to delivering services professionally, confidentially, and in accordance with industry standards.<\/p><\/li>

  9. Client obligations<\/strong>
    The client must provide all necessary documents and information in a timely manner.<\/p><\/li>

  10. Termination<\/strong>
    In the event of force majeure or serious breach, either party may terminate the contract. Services performed will be billed pro-rata.<\/p><\/li>

  11. Data protection<\/strong>
    Data is processed using a GDPR-compliant tool. Consultation is available upon request. See the     CNIL Policy.<\/a>.<\/p><\/li>

  12. Intellectual property<\/strong>
    Deliverables become the property of the client once the invoice is fully paid.<\/p><\/li>

  13. Liability<\/strong>
    SoniAssist\u2019s liability is limited to direct damages. Services are non-refundable, except in the case of proven serious fault.<\/p><\/li>

  14. Governing law and disputes<\/strong>
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court will be that of the client\u2019s domicile.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
